The National Lottery celebrates its 30th anniversary with an installation in the St James's Park lake. Designed by artist Luis Gomez de Teran, it features portraits of seven 'game changers' who used National Lottery funding for a 'transformative impact in their communities': Ed Parker, Trevor Lyttleton, Dame Laura Lee, Sandra Igwe, Marcus Fair, Javeno McLean and Conor Largey
