In front of Westminster Abbey, the London Air Ambulance paramedics cross the green to attend to the victim after an accident involving a cyclist and a truck. As the first Prime Minister Kier Starmer returned for the first Prime Minister's Question Timeafter the summer recess returned for the first Prime Minister’s Question Time (PMQ’s) after the summer recess a cyclist was knocked off her bike by a lorry right outside the parliament building. Police cordoned off the area and despite the London Air ambulance landing in Parliament Square in case, the cyclist was taken to hospital by ambulance.
