Despite the wet and chilly weather conditions, the famous World 38th World Bog Snorkelling Championships takes place at Waen Rhydd peatbog at Llanwrtyd Wells, UK. Competitors have to complete 120 yards (two lengths of the bog) in a non-conventional style of swimming, wearing flippers and a snorkel.
