A response effort is underway after the Russian rocket attack in Kharkiv, northeastern Ukraine. On Tuesday morning, August 6, Russians struck a dense residential area in the central part of Kharkiv. At least five people were injured. Kharkiv city head Ihor Terekhov said that a polyclinic, one of the city’s leading universities, a dormitory and nearby buildings had been damaged.
