The Richard Phelan Memorial Day Harness Racing event took place over the weekend of the 13th and 14th July, in Lyre, West Cork. The race days were well attended with 11 races on Saturday and 13 races on Sunday. Ronan Norton, driving Iron Paddy, celebrates after winning the Richard Phelan Memorial Trot Elimination race.
