Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky said in a statement: “A rescue operation is underway after yesterday's Russian missile attack.


“As of this time, it is known about 38 dead, among them four children. My condolences to all relatives and friends.


“190 people were injured. Everyone gets help. 64 people are in Kyiv hospitals, 28 are hospitalized in Kryvyi Rih, 6 people are in Dnipro.


“All patients from "Okhmatdyt" were transferred to other medical institutions.


“Emergency and rescue work did not stop all night in some of the places where the rockets were hit. Almost 400 rescuers were involved. Thank you to everyone who saves and cares for our people, everyone who is involved, everyone who helps.”
