Rescuers carry out a search and rescue effort at the apartment block hit by the Russian missile, Dnipro, east-central Ukraine. On Friday, June 28, Russian troops attacked a residential building in Dnipro with a rocket. The Interior Ministry says that one person died and 12 people were injured, including a baby and a pregnant woman. The flats from the 8th to 11th floor were destroyed and 11 cars were damaged.
