A member of the public passes the Senate House after activists from Palestine Action left the exterior of the Grade1 listed building sprayed with red paint. Palestine Action activists and their supporters have been using direct action against those that they see are enabling the Gaza genocide. They claim that Cambridge University actively invests in weapons companies and research partnerships enabling and normalising the UK/USA genocide. Graduation for Cambridge graduates starts on Wednesday 26th June which is held at the Senate House. Students and their supporters have been occupying the lawn at Kings College in a tented camp next door to Senate House for the last 45 days demanding the university divest from arms companies like Elbit Systems.
