At the start of the march, protesters enter Houston Street followed by dozens of NYPD officers. Early this morning the NYPD moved into the encampment at the John A. Paulson Center in New York University and arrested several students while destroying the encampment. Pro-Palestinian organizers made immediate and urgent calls to protest the actions of NYPD at NYU. This protest and march started at NYU moving to The New School and later to Washington Square Park.
