President Patrick Hendry of the Police Benevolent Association has expressed a general satisfaction on this case by the Justice Department of New York. The migrant crisis in New York City has gotten so uncontrollable that many officers as well as civilians have been assaulted and robbed by migrants. Mr. Hendry hopes that the action by the DOJ of New York will give a clear signal to all would be criminals as well as to the law-abiding that there will be pay back to anyone breaking the law in the City of New York. This migrant crisis has not only been a physical threat, but also a financial one for major cities in the US such as New York City.
