Police are searching for a vehicle and its driver, after the driver stabbed another driver in a road rage incident on Route 4 Eastbound. The victim, who drove a van, was stabbed twice in the back and once on the arm and the victim is currently in stable condition. Authorities collected evidence at the scene.
