Activists from Greenpeace climbed the flagpoles in front of the Bavarian State Chancellery in the early hours of the morning to then mount symbolic wind turbines and unfurl a banner reading "Wind power instead of hot air, Mr. Söder!". Greenpeace's aim is to criticize what it sees as the slow pace of wind power expansion in Bavaria.
