Terrorists will never be forgiven, and they will be held accountable for every missile they launch." Oleksandr Vilkul, the head of the city’s military administration, said in a statement on Tuesday morning that the death toll had risen to six, following initial reports of three deaths and 25 injured. The attack comes as Ukrainian troops conduct a major counteroffensive against Russian forces, aiming to liberate parts of the South of Ukraine.
