Headline: Ukrainian Forces Destroy Mortar Whose Location Was Revealed By Russian Propaganda Film

Caption: VIDEO AVAILABLE: COTACT INFO@COVERMG.COM This video footage, issued by Ukrainian forces on Saturday (21May2022) shows the country’s forces destroying a mortar that was firing on the town of Severodonetsk from Rubizhne. It explodes in a huge fireball. They claimed the 2S4 Tyulpan 240mm self-propelled heavy mortar, one of Russia’s heaviest, was located in part due to a pro-Kremlin journalist's report on the weapon which inadvertently exposed its position. Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence said its forces had lured the vehicle out of its position before it was destroyed. The Russian journalist who made the initial report, Alexander "Sasha" Kots, rejected the claim. "Let's observe informational hygiene and ignore such literary defecations, covering our noses in disgust," he wrote on his Telegram channel. Kots claims Ukraine's footage of the mortar being destroyed shows a different area from where he and his crew filmed. His original report featured clips of a "Tyulpan" firing rounds near Severodonetsk and claimed it was “hammering” Ukrainian troops and had destroyed a bridge. He works for Russian propaganda outlet Komsomolskaya Pravda. In a post on Telegram, the head of Ukraine’s Luhansk military administration Serhiy Haidai wrote: "Thank you to the Russian propagandists for the tip.”
