Headline: Rare Colombian Spider Monkey Twins Born At Chessington Zoo

Caption: Just in time for the festive season, the Chessington World of Adventures Zoo has welcomed the birth of twin Colombian spider monkeys to their troop. The male-female twins (named Brussel and Sprout) are extremely rare and are joined by a third baby – a male called Cranberry. The species has been deemed ‘critically endangered’ by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN), with twins proving so rare amongst zoo records that this is only the fourth time in Europe that Colombian spider monkey twins have been born and survived since records began in 1958.
