His food sculptures have even earned him awards as he’s a two-time World Association of Chefs' Societies world champion carving designer. Barresi’s skills mean he can create visually stunning masterpieces out of the fruit - but each design can take hours to complete. Unfortunately, as he works with fruit his beautiful artwork isn’t permanent, as each decays like a normal fruit, but each piece lives on in the photographs he takes.
