Headline: International Tiger Day: Wildlife Photographer Shares His Six Favourite Tiger Images

Caption: British wildlife photographer Paul Goldstein shares his six favourite wild tiger images for International Tiger Day (29 July). Paul will run the Brighton, London and Mount Everest marathons wearing his famous tiger suit. Paul has run 16 marathons, raising over £300,000 in the past for their welfare with his foundation in Bandhavgarh National Park. He ran his first in his now fabled tiger suit 11 years ago and plans to retire his suit after completing the Brighton Marathon on September 12th, London on October 3rd, then the Everest marathon in May next year. He has already raised over £70,000 on his Worth More Alive campaign (https://www.exodus.co.uk/worth-more-alive) for these events alone. He explains: "Tigers are seriously threatened; they should not be, as traditional medicine has no provenance, but they need help now more than ever, as they and other persecuted animals have been denied the tourist's dollar and policing eyes for too long. “I am perhaps too old for this now but until these predators come off the endangered list, I will keep fighting. I would like my sons to see them in the wild, not just incarcerated behind bars. Tigers need to be seen through the precision optics of tourists, not the cross hairs of a poacher's rifle.”
