Responders have been using a 400ft-long chain to slice the shipwreck into huge pieces. On 8 September, 2020, the 200-metre-long car carrier MV Golden Ray capsized within Georgia’s Port of Brunswick harbour in America. The South Korean vessel has been lying on her side in shallow water in St. Simons Sound ever since. The vessel was carrying thousands of cars.
