Caption: A craftsman works on creating a model replica of the ancient Egyptian Mask of Tutankhamun, at Konouz factory, the first factory in the region for archaeological reproductions. The antique clones are initially available for purchase in Cairo's Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) and will be distributed on demand to museums and tourist shops around the world. Each piece produced by the factory will bear an official stamp of Egypt's Supreme Council of Antiquities and a barcode providing information of the original piece, such as the name, place of display and material in both English and Arabic languages.
