STORY COPY: Washington State Police accepted they may be accused of Grinch-like behaviour on Monday (9 Dec) when they pulled over a motorist for lightly festooning their vehicle roof rack with Christmas lights. Trooper H. Axtman commented: “What does the Grinch and a Trooper have in common? They both would have pulled this vehicle over for illegal lighting ‘Christmas Lights’. However, the Trooper doesn’t have a heart two sizes too small and gave the driver a warning.”
