Tens of thousands of primary schools will take part in the world’s biggest mindfulness class at 11am on Friday, 10 May 2019. The initiative - called A Mindful Moment – will see children from across the world set aside thirty minutes of their day at 11am to take part in a range of mindful activities, learn relaxation techniques and raise money for mental health charities.
