Taken at Portland, Dorset, on Saturday (17 Feb), they include humourous images of the owls appearing to turn their heads to camera. One streamline flyer even appears like a flying feathery bullet shape. Nick explains: "The Owls over winter here before flying north to Scotland and Scandinavia in Spring to breed. There are six owls there at the moment, they also over winter in other parts of UK."
