The large predator was left to explore Roie Galitz's (https://www.instagram.com/roiegalitz/) camera equipment when it started to approach the adventurous wildlife photographer . The 37-year-old moved away to a safe distance, and was surprised to observe the bear seemingly looking through the camera viewfinder. Describing his amazing Arctic experience in Svalbard in April, Roie says: "We were photographing this beautiful male polar bear, when he suddenly noticed and started approaching us. Of course we left everything, hopped on our snowmobiles and drove back. The big guy checked out my camera, realised it is not actually food, and kept walking. What a relief!" Roie, a Greenpeace ambassador to the Arctic, added: "Maybe the polar bear is considering a new career path?"
