The transparent beverage was introduced by CLR CFF, and is said to taste just like a cold brewed cuppa – but without the teeth-staining brown colour we’re all familiar with. The water lookalike can be drunk cold on the go, or even made into cocktails and it won’t stain if you accidentally spill any. Two Slovakian brothers founded the brand while they were living in London. They did so by treating “high-quality Arabica coffee beans” with “methods which have never been used before.” Co-founder David Nagy told the Evening Standard: “We are heavy coffee drinkers. “Like many other people we struggled with the teeth stains caused by it. “There was nothing on the market that would suit our needs so we decided to create our own recipe.” You can buy the CLR CFF from their website for £5.99 for two 200ml bottles or £14.99 for a pack of five – will you be trying it?
