Caption: They know how to make a splash in Dubai – so it is no surprise these impressive pictures show the largest open sea water park in the Middle East. The so-called DubaiTAG is a huge aquatic playground described by German manufacturers Wibit as "the first of its kind in the whole world". Installed at the famous Jumeirah Beach Residence at the beginning of September, it is composed of almost 100 modular Wibit components arranged into letters D-U-B-A-I. The result is a giant water park of 77 m (253 ft) length by 35 m (115 ft) width, able to hold 200 people at the same time. The custom-designed structure in turquoise and purple colours is shaped like the new Dubai tourism logo.
